Group lunch at my house
I'm having a couple of friends over for lunch on Thursday and don't know what I should make that's easy and tasty. Any suggestions?

Group lunch at my house
I keep things light. Egg/Tuna salad, a salad, fruit bowl. I would add a bowl of mixed olives and artichoke hearts. Biscotti and chocolate for dessert.
or you make buy chicken cutlets/ cold cuts and have each person bring something small
or you can make/buy quiches, salad, fruit and the same dessert as above.
HAVE FUN!!

I like the idea of tea sandwiches, like small versions of regular sandwiches so they can try a few different things. You can do brie and cucumber or hummus or chicken and mozz with sundried tomatoes. I would also have a fruit platter or fruit salad.

Thanks for all of the suggestions! These are co-workers that I have over for lunch once a year. They will be traveling in so the will be staying for the day and I wanted to make something a little more filling. This is what I decided to do:
Grilled skirt steak
Grilled chicken
Huge hearty garden salad
Macaroni salad
Roasted Brussel sprouts
Fruit salad
Devils food cake, fruit, whip cream trifle
Please let me know if you think this isn't enough for 5 women.
