Grrrrrr...I HATE Sears!!! UPDATE
I bought an elliptical last week and paid to have someone come and put it together b/c I hard this one was a big PITA.
The salesperson told me the guy would call me within 48 hours and I could get an appt ASAP b/c he works 7 days a week.
After 5 days, and no call, I treid calling the store extension I was given for HOURS, and there was no answer. I finally just went up there and a different SA told me it takes 5 days for him to call, and 1.5 weeks to get an appt  I had him call and refax the info anyway.
The guy calls the next day and I get an appt for today (in 2 days?). He comes this morning and halfway through putting it together he notices an arm is missing! He recalls a couple of weeks ago that he had a customer that had a problem with the arm on the same machine, and went to the store and got another arm...aparrently from my box, which they just left in stock!!! Plus, I had asked the SA to call the stock room to make sure the box was new and unopened b/c it was the last one (I know how that usually goes), and she said it was sealed. This guy said it was NOT sealed with the manufacturers straps, but resealed by Sears 
Now Sears is telling me it will take 5-7 business days to get this arm....I don't think so!!! I will be taking a ride up there later, so watch out!!!!

I hate Sears too!!!!!
We bought a new central air system from them - It took 1 year and countless phone calls, and a letter to the BBB to get them to fix it.
I will NEVER buy anything from Sears again!!

Just an update...
Sears had Nordictrack send me the part, but they didn't order the whole piece. Now, the piece I needed to complete it was out of stock 2 weeks ago, and as of the other day, STILL out of stock and they did not know when it was coming in...
So, I told Sears to come pick this thing up...I'm done.
Well, apparently not...
They just broke the glass on my storm door taking it out of my house.

I wrote that they broke the door on the receipt before I signed it, and then I called Sears.
Of course the guy that takes care of that stuff is off this weekend, so he is supposed to call me Monday.
Geez, all I wanted to do was exercise
