Sears Photo Rant (updated)
We took Brandon and Jenna to get our Christmas pictures done yesterday, the lady was less than enthusiastic, but managed to get some nice shots done. One of the reasons we chose Sears was because they advertise same day service and Brandon was a bit embarrassed to go to Kiddie Kandids ! I review the pics, place my order, pay and THEN they tell me oh by the way our printer is broken you can't have the cards until the 21st! I was so @#$% pi$$ed I wanted to slap the lady. I asked her why she couldn't tell me this BEFORE and all she did was shrug her shoulders like a dumb @ss. So now even though I THOUGHT I had planned ahead, my cards will most likely be late

Absolutely. I would get my money back and go somewhere else. Or maybe they can print them at another Sears.

I suggest sending them an email to follow up wiht your phone conversation. For some reason written complaints rather than voiced ones seem to get more play - especially if you're dealing with corporate.
