GTG Info repost of info
okay most of the july & august saturdays are taken already. Also we would need to know almost exactly how many people there would be they have a ground for 100, 150, 200 people and priced accordingly. also if there is to be beer there is another cost. we really need to find out how many people and what weekend would be the best for all. AS soon as possible

2 for me - and I don't really think alcohol is necessary - many people will be traveling to get there, and I can't imagine how I'd feel if something happened...

T when you have most of the info together. Just list a poll of Sat or Sunday see what the best repsonse is and the give some dates and see what happens from there.

most saturdays are already taken and it would most likely have to be at a place where we dont need a reservation. and first come first serve basis. Ambersmom is willing (G-D Bless her to get there early for a spot)
