People with severe allergies should not have to walk around afraid that you will bring your !@#$%^ dog into a store. That is no place for them and I don't need the hives. AAArrrrrrggggghhhhhh!!!!!!!

I saw a family going for a walk the other day. We were behind them and there was a little girl pushing a stroller. I thought "aw, how cute, she is pushing her baby brother/sister, or maybe her baby doll."
But there was a dog in the stroller. 
Whats the point of taking the dog for a walk if you're pushing it in a stroller?

Dogs are permitted on the subway in NYC......
How are we supposed to get around with them...not everyone owns a car, and taxis for the most part will not pick up a passenger with a pet.
