Gymboree vs. Little Gym
I want to enroll Emma in one over the summer. She was in the music class last year at Gymboree. What is the Little gym like and how does it compare in price?

Re: Gymboree vs. Little Gym
The Little Gym near me quoted a slightly better price than Gymboree. It was not a huge difference. This was last year and I believe that they're both franchises and that each location has different prices.

Re: Gymboree vs. Little Gym
I have been a member of TLG for 2 years now and I love it. I didn't start going until Kiera was 2 so I don't know how their classes are for younger kids but I highly recommend them for an active class. I found their prices better than gymboree. I did a couple of gymboree classes and did not care for the program.

Re: Gymboree vs. Little Gym
We love the little gym. DD has been going since she was about 9 months old and always has a ball at each class.
We never did gymboree so I can't compare.

Re: Gymboree vs. Little Gym
We go to the Little Gym. They have real gymnastics equipment and my DD walks on the balance beam, does the bars, tumbling, etc...
I have only been to free play at gymboree but they didn't have that type of environment...More balls, toys, tunnels, etc...

Re: Gymboree vs. Little Gym
I think Gymboree is great for when babies up to a year. They are crawling and exploring and I think the stuff they have their is more suitable for that age group. If you have a toddler definitly Little Gym. Now I have only been to My gym but according to what CkDk posted I am going to assume it is the same thing. It is so much for a toddler and we are having DS's 3rd birthday party there this friday. They really aren't doing gymnastics but they have some things to play on. If I brought my DS to Gymboree now, I think he would be so bored.
