gyms

I am tired of working out at home I'm jsut not motivated enough, so i have decided to try a gym again.

I live in the Plainview/Hicksville area and have already belonged to the Lucille Roberts here but wasn't crazy about using the machines in the basement.
I've bheard different things about Synergy and Ultimate and was wondering if anyone had any opions on them or suggestions on other gyms?

I live in the same area and I go to XSport at Roosevelt Field. I love that gym! I work on the road so it's convenient for me to get there, but I hear they are building one at Broadway Mall.

I might be selling my ballys membership... I pay only 14 dollars a month..

(I pay so little b/c they lock you into a 3 year contract when you join... after the 3 years you pay $12/month with a slight increase per yer... I'm up to about 14.20 I think and I've been a member since 2001...If I sell my contract to someone, they can cancel or sell the contarct to someone else at any time...)

You can go to any Ballys in the US and it includes daycare
