Had 6 week OB ultrasound yesterday
Looks like both embryos that we transferred took. However, 2 sacs, 2 yolk sacs, but only one visible heartbeat so far. RE said not to count out Baby B yet. He may have implanted later, heartbeat may be on the other side, or it may just be too hard to see (the pic of Baby B not as good as with Baby A). And its still fairly early. I go back on Monday to take another look. Hoping the littlest one catches up
