Had a checkup tonight, kinda annoyed
I'm due 6/27. My doctor told me tonight that he's leaving 6/10 for Germany to see the World Cup with his son, returning 6/23, unless the US advances into the next round, and then he'll be back by 6/30. He is a sole practioner, and thoughout both pregnancies assured me he'd be the one to deliver my babies.
He has another doctor filling in for him who I'll see while he's gone, since I'll be going weekly then. And if I go into labor she'll deliver the baby, but he doesn't think that will happen, he's confident I'll go late since Sarah was late.
Plus, he did a quick sonogram to make sure the baby's head down and I think I saw something, when he knew we didn't want to know the gender. He doesn't understand that, and has been asking me each time if I want to know.
Ugh, it was such a crappy visit. I shouldn't say that, the baby's healthy which is obviously the most important, but I'm just so annoyed.

glad the baby is doing good, sorry that you might have seen something though. I hope his replacement is great.
