Had my Baby Shower Today... (Updated with Pics)
And I truly can not believe how much stuff we received!! Our family and friends were beyond generous and we pretty much got everything we needed!!

You guys made my day extra special and I am so thankful to LIW/LIF for bringing you guys into my lives!!  
We had the shower at Beechtree restaurant in Islip and while the food was fantastic (we had a brunch buffet), the service pretty much sucked! After having my bridal shower at the Irish Coffee Pub, this place just didnt compare. The waitstaff pretty much sucked..they were not friendly, or qualified! One bitchh of a waitress was even overheard saying "those f'in children"- we spoke to the manager and she made the girl apologizie but she ended up claiming that she mumbled "f'in something" but nothing about the children-even so, thats just wrong!!!
All in all a GREAT DAY!! This Baby, my husband and I are beyond blessed!!

I had such a great time Marie! Your shower was a blast! You looked incredible and you and Brian and Baby Petretti will have such a wonderful life-i think you are all set now for this baby's arrival

 Glad you had fun. Mine was last weekend and we had some complaints as well with the staff, they lost the reservation and never ordered my cake!!

Actually it was at a place called La Famiglia in Plainview.
Great pics! Looks like you got some great stuff! DH got a camo DD bag.

Marie so glad i was part of today! did you like Ryan and I's gift? remember you were saying no one bought the high chair? and i was texting ryan while i was sitting with you to tell her to get that for your shower. hope you enjoyed your day!!! im so happy for you and brian! you were glowing today!!cant wait to meet your little one!!

Too Funny!! Sharon was actually at my shower, Cheryl was invited but couldn't make it!! WHAT A SMALL WORLD!! Did you live in the neighborhood or just go to school with them? I'm about to call Johnny now to thank him for my shower gifts....I'll ask if he remembers you!

ANd of course I know Tara and Cheryl....I last saw them this summer! Johnny is still great friends with all of them! They are 2 of the sweetest girls ever!
