had my first dr. appt. yesterday *UPDATE w/bloodwork results*
I'm only 4w5d and they still had me come in for an appt. I waited so long and held my pee bc I thought they were gonna make me POAS but my dr said if i took one and it was a BFP then it's correct, then she laughed and said how many did u take? I said 3 and she said we won't make you take another, you are definitely preggers. She also drew blood and told me what to expect.
She also did a sono which surprised me bc it was so soon but she told me we prob won't see anything bc it's so early, the only thing we saw is my uterus getting thicker which she said is where the little poppy seed implanted 
DH was looking at the screen like something was gonna jump out and punch him in the nose 
I go back in 2 weeks so we can see our little poppy seed and I have to call later today to get my blood test results to make sure my progesterone levels are where they should be...
can't wait til Feb 4th so I can see something.
oh and btw...she told me it's ok to take flintstone vitamins if the prenatals make me puke in the beginning bc my tummy will be sensitive
**Update**:
The dr. just called with my blood work results and she said I'm def preggers and my hormone levels look great, HCG is in the 6,000s and Progesterone level is 26.4 -- she said in 2 weeks we should see a heartbeat
