Had my first IUI today.
I had my first IUI today and will be going back for #2 tomorrow. It was so quick except I had to wait an hour and a half. I was more nervous about getting to work. Now comes the hard part, the 2 WW.

Im doing my first IUI this month too. Im nervous about getting it done and getting to work. Did they do it early in the morning so you can still make it to work on time?? If I have to take half days I will, but I would rather not.

The first appointment was at 7:30, but the earliest I could get was 8. They say it takes about a half our to prepare the specimen, but I waited 1 1/2 hours today. They actual procedure it self takes 5 minutes.

I had my first IUI last week.. we went first thing in the morning but waited about 45 min to prepare the sperm.. then the procedure was about 10 minutes and then I rested for abdou 10 or so minutes it was also an hour and a half total I did the same thing the next day also!! I tokk the day off for IUI #1 and a half da y for the back to back. I was more crampy the second day so I wish it was the other way around but it was Friday. I actually slept a lot on Saturday probably from the anxiety (-: I am now on the 2ww almost approaching the end of week 1! Good Luck!

It's nice to have a 'buddy' just glad to
have someone to commiserate with LOL.
Let's hope that tomorrow isn't as bad as today!
