Thanks, I will try my best and stay hopeful. I have to admit it was very discouraging though. We've only been on the market 3 weeks.

don't me too discuouraged, from what I understand most houses are not sold from people at open houses anyway.....held true for mine, sold in three weeeks to someone that came one night to look at it.... hang in there and good luck!
