Had two GREAT nights of sleeping from DS but then....
He went back to his old way. i know. i know, he is only 10 week sold but heres what happened....
I tried the advice i got here to make his bedtime later like 10 and see what happens since i nkow he can go the stretch of not eating for 6 hours already. well that didnt work whe was still up at 230. Saturday and Sunday i had had it and said whatver happenes happens. We went to the beach and he fell asleep there in his carrier about 7 both nights. We got home and bioth nights I kept him in the carrier until about 1030ish. I took him out changed him, wrapped him in the miracle blanket and fed him all while he was fast asleep and put him down. Both nights he slept until 5 and then i took him out fed him and he went back until 7 but he was laying on me those last two hours. Monday and the rest of this week have been how it was. I have been doing the same thing as we did at the beach he went down about 730ish and i dream feed him ( i do not wake him at al for this) he goes right down no problems but then he is up anywhere between 2 and 3 to eat. i feed him andi know he is still tired bc he constantly yawns but he will fall asleep in my arms in the rocker i put him down BOOM he is up. Its not that he isnt tired he wants to lay with me. So what do i do..so i can get some sleep and aslo make sure rmy dd doesnt wake.. i take him inside and he sleeps on my chest. Also i noticed he wants out of tej miracle blanlet at that point. he pushes his legs and satrts moving around tryingto get his arms out( not that he can) so i take him out of ot and he wants to lay on my chest.
How bad a habit am i forming? What do i do now to fix it? Any others ugesstions. I am so sorry for constaly posting about this but i am so tired some days from him.Even though he isnt up for THAT long its the broken sleep. saturday and Sunday night were great i slept 1130-5, it was heaven

You and I are in the same boat (almost) DD is 11 weeks and for some reason she sleeps great on the weekends, but during the week, she is up 2x a night - last night she slept a long stint from 9 - 3 - she was so tired, we put her to bed earlier than usual. Then she woke up again at 5 - well, I didn't feed her at 5 - it was only 2 hours later! I checked her diaper (clean) and gave her a pacifier - but she still was fussing - so I brought her to bed with me and we both slept until 7:30... I only thank god I'm still on Maternity leave- but I go back to work in 3 weeks and I don't know what I'm gonna do if this keeps up... No advise - just commiserating....

Rylan will be 11 weeks tomorrow and there is no consistency with his sleeping patterns. I have come to the conclusion and accepted the fact that there is nothing I can do about it...he will do what he wants
