Hair dying question
so i am going on sat to finally get my highlights updated, i know thats OK to do but my lady always puts toner in my hair after to darken it alittle and then also uses a semi permanent gloss for shine, am i allowed to use the toner and semi permanent gloss now (i will be 13 weeks pregnant)

I'll be 13 weeks next Monday when I get my color done. My dr said it is fine since I'll be done with my 1st trimester.

should be fine...the chemicals simply aren't on your hair long enough to have a chance to reach your scalp and manage to be absorbed into your blood. plus, the toner and gloss wash off in a few days, they are just there to kind of keep you from seeing instantly the big difference in your new look. slowly it washes out and you don't realize how "light" the highlights are.
