YIKES! If you have a minute please answer quick question...UPDATE AT BOTTOM
So I was doing a "trying to conceive" search on yahoo as I am always look for more info and tips, lol and I keep coming across websites with these, um, very graphic advertisements on the side. The websites are reputable and I just can't fathom how these things can just pop up so I am wondering if it is just my computer and I have some sort of virus.
So here is one website: And if any of you wouldn't mind could you click on it and tell me if on the right side you get these graphic ads?

ETA: It doesn't happen when I use aol instead of internet explorer - does anyone know what is going on with my computer? Thanks!
UPDATE: Ok I am now convinced I have some sort of spyware or something on my computer. How can I get rid of it? I am not getting pop ups but when i go to certain websites instead of the normal ads on the side they are topless woman advertising various websites. Thanks.

What's even weirder is that if I use AOL as my browser instead of internet explorer I don't get it! Could this be that AOL blocks this stuff and explorer doesnt? Does anyone know? Does it mean i don't have the proper fire walls or something on my computer?
