hair salon for highlights in Queens -any recommendations?
looking for someone who specializes in color/highlights , especially on dark hair.

Celtic Hair Design in Maspeth. Not sure if they specialize in dark hair but they have done all my colors, cuts, stylings, everything for about 10 years and I couldn't be more pleased!

Martina always does coloring, I can't remember if she does highlights though, it's been so long since I've gotten them done.
