Hair Salon's in Forest Hills/Middle Village Area
I live in Middle Village but I usually go to my hair guy in Seaford. Later this month i have my Baby shower and won't have time to travel to Seaford to get my hair blown out. The two times i went to random salon's in queens...i was beyond disappointed.
Can some recommend a good hair dresser in the Forest Hills, Middle Village area.

My stylist from Maspeth started her own salon -Tranquility. Her name is Betty & the salon's # is (718) 326-2897. It's on 60-78 Flushing Avenue in Maspeth. She did my hair for years - even for my wedding. The only reason I stopped going was it was getting to be a trek from LI.

I've been to Spectrym before, they do a decent job. I also go to D&L salon, they are on Queens Blvd. a block or so from Continental.

I've tried just about everyone for a cut, they are all great.

if you need to be in forest hills - i used to go to spectryum. great salon. very accomodating.
i unfortunately stopped going to them when i got one too many parking tickets. that area is tough.
for the past few years tho i have been going to marco's on 101st ave in ozone park. (very close to middle village) carmela is an amazing stylist and i just love how she does my hair.

I was driving in from LI b/c I liked this woman so much. She's on Grand Ave in Maspeth and very reasonable. Her name is Raquel. The number is 718-381-MONA/381-6662.
