Can I offer a suggestion?
Maybe edit your initial post and list what needs to be brought? Then people can pick from that what they want to bring. Other wise we are going to wind up with a ton of plates and no cups or 10 plates of brownies and no plates...KWIM?

I don't suppose that next time people could pick a place for more than 20 kids? There are lots of people on here and I'm sure that there are more people like myself who aren't even on the waiting list who would have liked to have gone.

Many affordable "party type" places don't hold more than that. Sorry
