Yes it is!!!! I went in to labor at around 5am but DS never decended into the birth canal and I was stuck at 4 cms for hours.....around 11:30pm his heatrate dropped and it was decided that I was going to have a c-section. he as born at 11:56 pm..... 4-5 minutes later and he would have been a 12/12 baby too!
