Happy FIRST Birthday to my Sweet Baby Girl! (MAJOR pic overload and Lexi-Bella Teasers!)
My sweet little Sasha,
A year ago today, about 2 hours from now, I held you for the first time and you showed me what absolute love was. You make my life so much better every day. You are my best friend. You are the light in my life.
I don't want to forget a moment of our time together. I take mental pictures throughout the day to remember the way you look at me when you first see me in the morning, the way your chubby little cheek feels against my cheek, the way your little hand caresses mine when I hold you in my arms, and so many other sweet things, I can't even count.
Happy birthday sweetie. I am looking forward to the next year of adventures.

We celebrated today by taking Sasha out for lunch at Sarabeth's on the UWS, where she had some delicious lemon ricotta pancakes. Then we went to the Children's Museum of Manhattan where little Sasha was crawling all over the place playing with all the fun stuff they have there. Then we finished off the day with some cake and presents. She got her own chair and her own laptop from Mommy & Daddy. Enjoy our pics!
And YESTERDAY, we had our cake smash shoot with Lexi-Bella Photography, and Maria did an amazing job. Here are some teasers!!

awww.. thanks everyone.
I still can't believe my baby is 1.
I didn't want to put her to sleep tonight. I just wanted to hold and cuddle her all night long. I am definitely trying to savor every moment.

Pictures are gorgeous of course! I'm glad she had fun at the children's museum! Did they have a weird stroller policy at Sarabeth's?? I feel like I heard that from someone so we've been holding off on going with him...

you just have to fold it and let them keep it by the register. I had my maclaren since we drove in. The bug would def had been more of a problem-- although I am sure they would have found a spot.
the museum was great-- definitely better for older kids, but she had a lot of fun.
