Trying to post some pics of my kiddies but I never size it right so here it goes

Not working sorry can some1 tell me how 2 resize?

For 1 or 2 photos, I use MS Paint. It's built into Windows. Open the file, use the Stretch/Skew option, and use like 25% for horizontal and vertical. It will shrink it down by 25%. You can of course do more or less than that, as needed. Save As to a different name so you don't change the original.
