Hard-to-Find Holiday Presents....
Just curious to know what your hard-to-find present is at this moment....
For me - getting my brother's Wii GuitarHero - sold out everywhere, but I found it!

My little nephew wanted a black light and special pens to write with so you could only see it under the black light.
I found this kit that had a "spy theme" with the pens and light and it was sold out everywhere. Wound up just getting the plain ol' light and pens

Uhh...I hate thinking about the fact that I wasn't able to replace Dh's medal (christ head). It was the first gift I ever gave him (our first christmas) and he lost it. He was soooo upset about it. He is very sentimental and it meant a lot to him. They just don't make them the same anymore. This was almost 9 years ago and the jeweler I went to in my neighborhood, can't even order it. I found a nice "sailors crucifix" in place of it that I think he will like (i hope) since we bought a boat this year.

Finding anything IN STOCK for Dale Jr's new NASCAR number since DH is a fan.
Finding a stereo that is compatible for DH's IPOD.
A few others, but he snoops on here, and he knows about the above!

Trying to find WPLJs Scott & Todd's Studio Sessions" CD. They are being sold only at Target stores. But so far every Target I've called is sold out.

this year... none, really. The closest I got to a 'problem gift' was a maternity sweater for SIL. (They didn't have it in her size.... so I had to go to another store.)
Last year I had a tough one, though. My aunt has all of her grandkids in these tiny tiny pewter frames over her sink (pictures are only 1" in diameter) She was missing a grandkid, becuase she couldn't find another supertiny frame.
I spent about 6 hours online searching, and finally found one on ebay under some obscure title....
