Hardwood floors and area rugs
The last coat of poly was applied to our hardwood floor two weeks ago. When would it be safe to put down our area rugs? We are arguing between 5 days after the poly and 30 days after the poly.
Also, can you recommend a rug pad that's hardwood floor friendly?

Walmart has really cheap rug pads for hardwood floors. I would give it about 2 weeks before putting down a rug, just to err on the safe side.

We got ours at home goods.
