I want to read the book but not if its reveals things about season 2.

Does the book closely follow the TV show?

Yea it's leaves you with two options.

Spoiler for those who haven't seen below:

Nick is telling the truth and they are part of the Mayday soldiers taking her

Or it's the police taking her and Nick has been a "eye" all along.

If season 2 is going to be good i think Nick will have had to been an "eye" so they can show what happens to her next. :(

Oh this totally sucks that you never know for sure who Nick was OR if she ever reunites with her family. Ugh. I thought the book would have much more to the story which is why they were doing a season 2. I'm disappointed. Hope the show takes the story somewhere cool!!

My god that show is sooooo good! I'm going to read the book but I'm disappointed to hear it's really only season 1 and nothing more... that leaves a ton of loose ends. Ugh

I haven't watched the show- I wanted to read the book first. I just finished it last week and was super disappointed. I hate it when a book leaves you hanging like that! I can't wait to watch the show though and see where they take it!
