Has anyone been to a MAC counter to have their makeup done?
A friend of mine asked if I wanted to get my makeup done at Macy's for NYE. She said all you have to do is purchase something, and the artist would do it for free. Does anyone know if this is true?

yes and sometimes the artist doesnt go by the 50.00 rule if you are nice

My mom and i both had our makeup done and I had no idea they charged i just sat right down and started asking questions Now i'm embarassed. Oh well we both bought a bunch of things.

the girls at teh MAC counter know me by name, tey never dharged me and whenever I o in to buy my make up (even just a lip gloss) they alwasy sit me down to do m make up.

I did this once and came out looking like a clown. I was seriously unrecognizable because she darkened my eyebrows so much and made them look so thick. My mom and I laughed so hard, we were crying.

ALL THE TIME!!!! Purchase 4 items up to $50 or more. Sometimes they don't make me buy something, but I always need something, and I tip the girl $20.
