They have changed the rules a bit for how you rent bags-- where you don't necessarily need a membership-- you can just pay a weekly fee to rent a bag or not. Members pay less-- although you have to pay for your membership, i.e. $40/week vs $50/week.

I thought it might be a good way to try out a bag-- before you buy.
