Has anyone bought this type of travel Groupon?
It seems like a great deal and people are buying it. I just don't want to spend $400 and find out it's a sham.

Groupon getaways are new. So I would think that this is completely legitimate.

I'm very close to taking the plunge. I'm going to check out some of the properties on Trip Advisor.
I figure if it's a scam I will fight the charge with Amex who has been great so far about any issues I've had with anything.

I would love to buy this but i'm a little worried about the resorts they'll have available when I want to travel.
Not to mention flight prices are out of control right now too.

We are totally flexible on travel time so I'm not super worried. We also live in CO too so for us flying to Mexico isn't always as bad. We would also consider a resort in the US if it's nice and somewhere we'd want to go.
But yeah I'd be leery too if I was locked into specific travel dates.
