Has anyone ever had a bad reaction to foundation?
I have never had a problem with any foundation I have ever used. After summer was over I switched from Bare Minerals to a Shiseido stick foundation. I love it, but now, after using it for about a month, my face has broken into a rash. Being I don't have a rash on any other part of my body, I am guessing it must be the foundation since that is the only new product I have tried on my face. Before the rash reached its peak this week, I have noticed my skin really becoming sensitive since I've started using it - I can't use any of my exfoliaters or anything. Even my lips are itchy and swollen. Has anything like this ever happened to anyone?

I used liquid foundation but switched to Bare Minerals/essentials several years ago. I cannot wear liquid foundation anymore. My skin is too sensitive.

YES- studio gear tinted moisturizer and Bare Escentuals.
I got an itchy red rash immediately after using both. I can really only wear powers....specifically MAC, Physicians Formula, and Neutrogena.

Its strange but Bare Minerals - as soon as I put it on, my face started to itch and turned red.

The bare minerals i am assuming is only powder? I have heard of it but never used it. Is it good with covering up blemishes and stuff? I am thinking of trying this cuz i HATE using liquid foundation. I dont use alot, i just cover my blemishes and put a very thin layer all over but i feel it makes my face feel pasty. I guess what i need to know is does the bare minerals REALLY cover the blemishes? or the occasional Zit?
