Has anyone ever had heat rash?
I have a small little rash on my right underarm. It doesn't bother me, but when I google heat rash, it looks like it could be it. I was very uncomfortable last night sleeping - my house was stuffy. And funny enough, I started using Secret Clinical which makes you sweat less. So I am wondering if the two are related? Any thoughts?

Could be the Secret, when I use Certain dry the same thing happens. I would only use the secret every other day and see if that helps. Also try maybe an aloe cream at night.

I would put some powder on it to dry it out. It will also reduce the friction and make it feel better.

Out of no where i've developed heat rash... in the past month.
I've gotten it twice- once when I was in Florida and then again this past Sunday. Both arms get itchy and red and get bumps on them and under my neck gets all blotchy and REALLY red.
