Has anyone ever taken Beano?
I tried it yesterday-- and not sure if it was the pills, or something else but I got incredibly nauseous. Anyones else experience this???

I was actually thinking of trying beano myself. I am aving a very hard time eating alot of food lately without feeling uncomfortable/kind of sick after I eat But you saying that happened makes me scared, I am nauseous all the time as it is! Is it the same ingrediants as mylanta gas? I use that and it helps a bit.

I am not sure it was the Beano that did it-- but, it was like the only thing that I changed in what I ate.
