I found an occasional babysitter on there. It was a local college student. She was good but we lost touch.

Love them! I found my current nanny through them and I was very anti nanny but couldn't find a daycare that I liked.
We spoke with 5 or 6 people, interviewed 3 and loved 2. The one we didn't hire I referred to my co-worker who hired her and is very happy with her.
I love how they have a mini background check available for the candidates.
