Has anyone ever used the Aveda Institute for hair/skin?
I HAD an appointment to get foils done this morning at 9:15, but woke up so late and DH was a mess getting DD ready, so I didn't go. I feel bad I couldn't formally cancel, because their call center isn't open until 9:30.
Anyway, has anyone ever gotten a haircut/color/facial etc. there?

I didn't know there was one in NY!
I've been to the one in Minneapolis many times. I've had good experiences with haircuts, colors and highlights. I never did spa services so I can't speak to that.
I had one bad experience with a perm and they knew it was bad so I wasn't charged for it. Luckily, it didn't take very well and I was able to wash it out. I don't even know what I was thinking when I signed up for it.
