Yes. We paid just under 3K. I think it's the Lexington model that we have. It has the lunch bench and sandbox - four position seats - extra hand rails and access ladder - rope ladder, and the wood ramp.
They are having a huge end of season sale right now - You can probably get an even better deal.

I think I saw an ad that said they are selling all their floor models at half off right now.
We just got one this summer - DS loves it.

We also have the Lexington model. Instead of the sandbox and lunch bench, we got the patio on the bottom. We have the 4 position seats, extra hand rails, and we have the rock climbing wall on the box.
We paid just over 3k for it. Well worth it!
