Has anyone had a party at Hoyt Farms?

I am undecided between having a party in our backyard for 80 people Chat Icon or doing it at a place like Hoyt Farms where they have 2 playgrounds and a sprinkler park for the kids. If I do it at my house I will rent a bounce house and I have a swing set.

I am not a Smithtown Resident but have family who is. Can you rent a pavillion? What about paying for parking?

Re: Has anyone had a party at Hoyt Farms?

we;re doing it this summer ---

permit for 51-100 ppl is $75
you can have alcohol
parking is $7 per car - you can either run a tab, buy prepaid parking passes, or the guests can pay.

i love it tehre!

eta: they book up quickly. i booked 8/1 last month and there was already a 300 person party the same day. my first choice (7/31) was already booked.

I went to one a long time ago. I would check to even see if they have your weekend available. If you can rent them out, they may be gone already.

As for parking, it was before you had to pay.

do they have pavillions for you to rent?

ETA: This would be for a 1st birthday party in Sept. I will contact them. Just trying to get ideas.

you get a permit for your # of ppl and it allows you usage of the pavilion. its not private - you will be several feet from another party
