Has anyone had an ovarian cyst removed?
My GYN is recommending me to another MD for a possible laparascopy. I'm just wondering if anyone's had experience with this... I'm kinda stressed about this as my web searches return with info like no lifting for 6 weeks. I need to lift at work... Any responses about the procedure would be a big help. Thanks

I had it done when I was 19. The recovery was ok- it took me about 2 weeks to be able to do everyday stuff. Any specific questions?

I had several rupture, and 2 that had to be removed. It was done laproscopically. I was perfectly fine after 1 week. I guess everyone's different?
