has anyone had parts missing from a pack n play?

i just put ours together just to see how easy it is and its missing a part. I called the number in the instructions manual but they are closed.

Do you think they will send me the piece i'm missing? Its the mattress pad-and its supposed to be included.

Do you have a receipt? Or even the original box? BRU does returns without the receipt for store credit (you could do an exchange).

I'd return the whole thing rather than wait for missing parts. Plus, it seems *fishy* that a major part is missing- perhaps this was once a "return" item as well....

i got it as a shower gift-but it is from BRU from my registry.
I'm going to call Evenflo tomorrow to see what the procedure is to get a missing part-they have a number to call but they are closed today.
If its going to take a while, i'll just bring it to BRU and get a new one.

I have had parts missing from a little tykes playground, a table and chairs, and the baby swing and each time I called the company and they sent the missing piece.
