Has anyone put in a wood buring stove? DIY or Rec.
I really think a wood stove would help us keep the heat turned down. Has anyone DIY-ED this or has recommendations?

we have a pellet stove that my DH installed himself. Freestanding stoves are not very complicated.

yes, he built a platform & tiled it.
