My parents got theirs last week.
I know that we got the paperwork in the mail and filled in and sent for it. I'm not really sure what it's for though -- -can someone explain? We get a STAR deduction each month on our co-op maintenance bill... I thought THAT was our STAR deduction. Do we get more $ back too?? :)
