I read about this and really want to try it. I was wondering if anyone has found this out in the stores yet or has even tried it?

The italian vinagrette. (I don't like balsamic)

It was a little vinegarish, but I don't like a ton of dressing on my salad, so I was happy with it.

I am not a big balsamic fan myself, so I will try either the italian or the red wine . . .

Thanks for your help girls . . . . I just wanted to make sure it was in the stores before I started going crazy looking for it . . .

that looks interesting! I love the red wine dressings but all the dressing usually ends up on the bottom of my salad bowl! I'm going to have to try this!

Just another suggestion - I bought the Good Seasons in the envelope and replaced half the oil with water when I made it. It is a little watery, but the flavor is great and is very low in calories.

One reason:
"Fructose converts to fat more than any other sugar."
Two reasons:
consumption of fructose causes a significant increase in the concentration of uric acid. An increase in uric acid can be an indicator of heart disease. Furthermore, fructose ingestion in humans results in increases in blood lactic acid, especially in patients with preexisting acidotic conditions such as diabetes, postoperative stress or uremia. Extreme elevations cause metabolic acidosis and can result in death.13
Reason 3:
Not only does fructose have more damaging effects in the presence of copper deficiency, fructose also inhibits copper metabolism—another example of the sweeteners double-whammy effect. A deficiency in copper leads to bone fragility, anemia, defects of the connective tissue, arteries, and bone, infertility, heart arrhythmias, high cholesterol levels, heart attacks, and an inability to control blood sugar levels.

Another good Source:
HFCS has the exact same sweetness and taste as an equal amount of sucrose from cane or beet sugar but it is obviously much more complicated to make, involving vats of murky fermenting liquid, fungus and chemical tweaking, all of which take place in one of 16 chemical plants located in the Corn Belt. Yet in spite of all the special enzymes required, HFCS is actually cheaper than sugar. It is also very easy to transport—it's just piped into tanker trucks. This translates into lower costs and higher profits for food producers.
