Has anyone tried acupuncture or TCM?
So I am a bit ansy with this whole wait and see if the cyst shrink/goes away and I get my period...I made an appointment with an acupuncturist/traditional chinese herbalist to see if there is anything I can do to speed the process up or even something to help my PCOS & TTC. If we can conceive without "drugs" or intervention that would be ideal since its the clomid which caused the cyst...has anyone had any experience with acupuncture or TCM?

Yes I have been going to one for 6 months. She has regulated my cycle. I first went to one because I did not want to go on clomid. I think it has helped me. She thinks I have PCOS so she put me on a gluten free diet with herbs and I can't eat sweets.

I went to an acupuncturist during my second ivf cycle... I had much better response to meds and was much more relaxed. Good luck!
