i have it--actually if you are interested in buying them i will sell mine!  i did enjoy it, but it got old really fast. i got sick of the routines. mine comes with 3 or 4 DVDs and the 2 large steps.

I got my first Firm video in like 1989! I have a ton of them and really like them. But just like with any workout video, if you do one a number of times it gets boring (that's why I have a library of workout videos).

I had an older version of the firm and really liked it. Now I go to the gym, so I am no longer using them, but it was a great workout!!

I have the tapes from like 10 years ago, and they're great. One is like a "greatest hits" collection of arm exercises. It's sooooo challenging, so it doesn't get boring.
