i think you are supposed to add 300 calories to whatever your caloric intake should have been before.

My doctor has never discussed my calorie intake with me - but they did tell me in the beginning to continue taking my prenatal vitamin, continue eating the way i was, drinks lots and make sure i included the major food groups in my diet.

i think you are supposed to add 300 calories to whatever your caloric intake should have been before.
This is what I've heard too. So whatever number of calories you're eating now to maintain your weight, just add 300 more.
