Have a question about "New York Cares"
So I went on their website about 2 1/2 weeks ago and signed up for one child. I never got a letter, and email, nothing. I am worried it got lost in the mail. Anyone have suggestions as to what I should do?

You could call them but you may have signed up too late. I know the gifts had to be there by today and it took about two weeks for me to get the letter.

Same thing happened to me - no letter, nothing. And I signed up quite a while ago! I guess I will adopt a family thru Newsday this year again.

There was a problem with their website and you had to sign up for a second time. I didnt get my letter a week after I signed up so I called and they told me to go back on the website because they had problems. I did, and signe up and got my letter a few days later
