have/had a elementary ed degree and need help
i'm sure it's expired by now. i need to know how to update it and figure out what i need.
what's the website and/or number i need to call?

I just did that. My provisional expired in 2008.
You will need to take the 3 new certification exams
the ALST, EAS, and CST. You will also need to do the DASA workshop, and complete the online edTPA.
Contacting BOCES is your best bet.
