well, after i sneezed really hard and peed in my pants,
(classy, i know) i think i'd better get a move on with the kegels... seriously, i thought that was a problem you were supposed to have AFTER you gave birth. this is ridiculous!

Btw, all of us doing out Kegels at work reminds me of the Friends episode where Monica was trying to help Chandler lost weight. She had him doing butt clenches at his desk and they wouldn't bring him his mail anymore.
