Have you ever had anything weird happen in your house with no logical explanation?
I'm not one to really believe in ghosts - I believe that maybe angels watch out for you, but I don't know so much about ghosts in a house haunting it...
But something happened in our home last night that has no logical explanation - and I am really freaked out...
Anyone have really weird things happen with no good reason why they happened?

lol, I can share a story with you but it didn't happen in my house it happened in my sister's house!!  My nephew forgot how to spell Sicilia... And he misspelled it, My nanny is passed on and i heard when my mom's brother did not spell something right she use to throw a shoe at him, Well my sister said lucky nanny is not here other wise she would throw a shoe at you..Well, She put some shoes on top of a rack and my nephew walked in the room and a shoe flung at him, I guess my nanny got him!!!!

As someone who believes in ghosts, I can even say that I can pretty much come up with a logical reason for almost all weird things that have ever happened to me in a house. Even the windows opening themselves in my school I could rationalize because they're old and had weights on the sides and could have somehow slipped. I'm curious what happened though!

Ghost Hunters is my favorite show...and I'm pretty sure there was something "with us" in the house i grew up in...lots of noises and sounds of things falling that weren't there.. and i saw something, my friend saw it, and years later my Dad saw it....so either we are all nuts or it exists...please share!

Oh yes...came home from work 1 day and a picture that was on a ledge (it was a shelf on a 1/2 wall that seperated our kitchen from dining room) was in the middle of the floor broken. There was also a buffet type table that was against the 1/2 wall that the picture had to pass over to get to the middle of the floor.
Still have no idea how it happened.

Well, I have 2 friends who have had siblings pass away and they both believe they see signs.
Then, to make a long story short, I was driving and hoping to get a sign from someone who had recently passed. As I started to think that, a bird crapped on my windshield. As funny as that is, I really think it was the sign I was asking for!

OK - I will say it.
DH and I woke up to our shower on full blast. Just the hot water going, with the shower curtain closed. I am freaked out!!! We had a little wine last night, fell asleep at 1, woke up at 5:30 when Cailen woke up, only to find the shower going full blast. And no one in our house did it. even if we did - the shower curtain would have been open - not closed.

I did and I can't even believe I'm writing this. Seven years ago a very close friend of mine passed away and at just about the time of her actual death my husband and I heard a ringing in the house that we couldn't identify and have never heard since. Even my husband, who can find an explanation for everything, was at a loss.
I have always believed that it was my friend, especially since our last conversation, two days before hear death, was her telling me she was alright but her body wasn't. Just writing this gives me chills.
ALthough I have "felt" her with me over the years, this was the only true sign I've ever gotten and to be honest if my husband hadn't also heard it, I would think I was crazy.

wow! I am so glad DH was the one who discovered the shower or he would not have believed me!

That's the only other rational explanation. There is the logical side to me that says that DH may have done it late at night. I hope
