I don't do anything Christmas until December... That said... Lights and outdoor decorations are going up as we 'speak'... DH is off today.
We'll be getting our tree this sunday and will decorate the inside then.
As for cards, since DH and I got married right around Thanksgiving...and Thank you's and Xmas cards were murder... We took up a tradition of sending New Years cards...so I'll order them soon, but wills end them out just after Christmas Day.

Our cards should be delivered by Wednesday, so they will be mailed out Thursday before we go away.

Cards went out the day before Thanksgiving so people would start getting it the day after.
Decorations 100% done inside. Outside is 75%!

House and trees are fully decorated.
Not even close to getting my Xmas cards out. Still have to get pics of my kids, then print out cards. Working on it this week.

Put the tree up and decorated the inside of the house on Black Friday. Did the outside lights yesterday. Mailed all my Christmas cards this morning. I am ON MY GAME this year!! Oh wait...no I'm not...I haven't bought a single Christmas gift yet. lol

cards and decorations inside and out were all done on Saturday! I like to have my cards out by the 1st week of December. .Hell if I pay so much to get them and send them then I want them to sit out for a while in everyone's house! lol
