Have you noticed that your personality traits change when you are pregnant?
For me, I am generally meek and mild...a doormat.
but whenever I am pregnant, I become the opposite.
anyone else?

I was so calm when I was pregnant - not that I'm a raving lunatic otherwise - but it was almost like I was in a state of euphoria the entire time (through L&D too)!

I was very emotional my first time Up and Down in a drop of a hat. This time I hate everyone and everything about everyone I don't think I am nasty I just think I'm cold.

this time around I'm a mess, SUPER emotional, freak out over EVERYTHING. DH has been a saint so far and I feel bad for DD b/c I find myself losing my patience so quickly.
I just have to remember to breathe and take it down a few hundred notches.

Before PG I was a total straight-up honest BIATCHH! Not that I won't tell you the truth now...
But now I more tender and soft.. DH is amazed at how calm and relaxed I am.. I just LOVE being pregnant..

I was never a doormat and was always pretty outspoken. It's just got worse when I got pregnant. I can easily be a raving b*tch now especially if I'm angered. I never had patience and now I have even less.

well i'm only a few weeks - so i'm not sure how much can change from before to now - but i've def been happier, nicer and more laidback....hopefully i stay this way and don't do a 360 i'm not sure how long it takes for your horomones to make you nutty....but so far so good...

i'm an emotional mess...but in my defense..we are currently selling and living in my studio coop, buying a house, i have been on and off bedrest and at 24 weeks I still puke! I think I am entitled to be a little "nutty" as my DH will put it

It just got worse. I cry a lot, at stupid things and am irrational. I'm pretty sure my DH is going to serve me divorce papers right after I deliver.

Pre-pregnancy me = Type A (mostly work-related), and stressed out all the time about getting PG
Pregnancy me = relaxed, calm, happy, going so much better than I anticipated!

im pretty laid normally back but i find that now im more confrontational and easily agitated.. on the other end though small things make me happier than normal too

Mostly I am the same but I def do have a shorter fuse (not that it was THAT long to begin with )
also I do get more emotional and mushy. . cry at dumb commercials or people sharing emotional things . seriously anything can make me tear up. .

Oh, I so want to be that way. I want to cry and be emotional but I am not. I've always been outspoken and intolerant of alot of things and people, but I've def become worse.
But on the other hand, where I normally wouldnt mind arguing with DH about something, I just let it roll off my back and none of the petty stuff we would normally butt heads over ticks me off anymore. I feel like I've become a bit more loving towards him.
