Having trouble with menu planning?
Go to the foodnetwork.com!! I just made my menu using the interactive menu maker.
Appetizers
Baked Brie and cheese/meat assortment with crackers
Mini-quish
Roast prime rib of beef with horseradish crust
Horseradish chive sauce
Wild Mushroom Bread Pudding
Salt-Crusted Potatoes
Green Beans with bacon (ala my MIL)
Dessert
An assortment of holiday cookies I'll be baking this week
